I am talking about the house of GOD. How can you recognize that person belongs to the same family, if you just met that person,

Everyone is concidered brothers and sisters in the eyes of the Lord. But if you want to have a close brother or sister in the Lord I suggest looking for their fruits of the spirit. In your bible it talks about the fruits of the spirit and how you can tell. New Testament.

There is no way. Sometimes we can feel spiritual closeness to some people, but this does not necessarily means that we are (or have been) related.
