Nature's bandaid! White cells rush to eat bacteria and prevent infection when the skin is broken. The left over cells form a scab. Use antibiotic ointment on it. Keep it covered until the scab forms. Leave the scab in place until it falls off by normal bathing.
Isn't God a wonder?!

Scabs are your immune systems way of keeping infections out when you cut or scrape any part of your body. First, platelets and red blood cells blood bond together, then white blood cells move in to guard against infection. After a few minutes, blood dries and forms a scab. Hope this helps.
