I know my mom did, and she swears by weight watches, because they teach you how to eat "normal" food, and how to portion it. Good Luck

Both are great plans, but I'd like to give you a third option.
I have a diet plan out for 2007 called The Logic Diet.
This plan can work for everyone, but was designed for people needing to lose 50-100 pounds or more and learn to keep it off forever.
There is no exercise required to see the results, and you get to eat LOTS of food at first while still losing weight so you keep your sanity during the process!

I've tried weight watchers, and it was a pain and I hated counting points. I'm now doing LA weight loss! And I love it the food is what you eat normally every day just portionized! Its awsome, my first week on it I lost 8 pounds!! And on average cause I do go for walks I loose 2-3 pounds a week on average.. Its awsome check it out!

I've tried both and Weight Watchers is the best. I lost more weight with WW. All you do is count points which is a lot easier than counting calories. you can eat what you want as long as you stay within your points. you can gradually add the exercise and the more active you are the more you lose.

I haven't tried Weight Watchers ; nor have I tried Richard Simmons, because I'm not gay.
