well how old are you because if your young ur body is still growing things can change in a few years, also not eating wont help you lose weight it will make you feel very hungry and weak and probably wont do any good not to get your nutrition into you, when people dont eat food "dieting" the body goes into a famine mode and doesnt brn up the bodys fat, so its best to eat about 5 meals aday all small so that your metabilism can develop and burn fat up easier, also the exercises are good keep them like that.

I would be very careful and seriously consider physiological help/support! You are playing with your life and evidently don't know what can happen if you continue going the way you are! I have no idea what you weigh in LBS if you want to maintain a healthy weight you can do so and do it properly. Might I suggest changing your diet. go to www.hacres.com, you seem to be exercising! Now lets get you to eat right! This diet eliminates unnecessary fat and nothing more and you get all the essential vitamins minerals and enzymes.

I pray that you seek help and serious support!

If you keep exercising and eat five small meals a day you will be fine. Your at the age in which you are more aware of your weight and looks etc. But your fine. I am sure your father is right. We have a tendency to not see our self's as other see us and we are more critical of our self's, even to our determent.
You would only be hurting your self/health and those who love you, by trying to lose unnecessary weight. Don't make the mistake of trying to be something your not meant to be. Stick to eating right and exercising and you will be fine. But if you continue to feel you must be ultra slim (skinny) and it takes over to the extent that you go over board with it. Then you should have your parents take you to a counsel ier for help. Please don't injury your self!
