I'm looking for something similiar to PC Pitstop or something that preferably doesn't require you to register or pay a fee to initiate the "clean up" or "optimization". Any suggestions or web links? Thanks.

What optimizations are you looking for? Also, try not to install multiple software that have the same purpose, they will get clustered and make your PC run slower.

Eusing Registry cleaner.
Seems to work for me.
