My money is on the wild wolf. The wolf has size and weight on the pit bull. The wolf would be fighting for survival. The pit bull fights because it wants to fight. The wolf has more experience in killing.

Not necessarily. Pitbulls have a hinged jaw that snaps shut and allows them to "lock on". If the pitbull got the wolf's throat in it's mouth first then I think the pitbull would win.

in the past wolves have been tried in the pit only to be defeated that is why you would never see a wolf fight in a pit.....PS a pit bull does not have a hinged jaw that is only a rumor that needs to be stopped the pit bull like all other bull breeds use pure muscle to keep its mouth closed no hinge no lock just muscle that rumor needs to be stopped

yes in a with out a problem. i have a hybrid wolf he scared of everything but ive seen him tear into a pit after a the hurracane here in virginia lots of dogs where loose. a pit came in my yard and charged my dog he showed him who was the man

I dont think its worth trying.I hate to see any animal get hurt,game or not.Either could die or end up crippled for life.I dont like to see any kind of animal abused.
