Hec ya. What do you think?

Indirectly, yes, because He is the ultimate source of all energy that has ever been created and used for light by humans.

Once God created the 4 physical forces of the Universe and the mediums through which they act (like the Electromagnetic Force acting through the electrons in a light bulb), He could just step back and watch His creations grow and change, and say "It is good."

The Bible says he pays attention to the sparrows and the lilies.

Does God's attention stop the energy-matter phenomena that we call living beings (particularly the ones that are visible with the naked eye), or does it extend to other examples of energy-matter?

If God "set up the rules," that's a deistic point of view. Many Wiccans and others believe that God IS the universe, and that we, the sparrows, lilies and electrons in the filament are simply manifestations of God.

Personally, I think a more parsimonious view chucks the idea of God altogether. And in spite of the clutter on my desk, I try to keep my ideas as uncluttered and parsimonious as possible.

By the way, turn the light off when you leave the room.

There is no such thing as a flow of electrons across the filament of the ligh bulb because the Bible does not mention it, you should know that.

hmm..
even before man could think, God had all things in order to function as they are destined to be..
it wont surprise me if God would reveal that He himself ad arranged the atoms of the filaments in the light bulb so that electrons could flow.. =)

Yes, If it wasn't for god those electrons wouldn't be there in the first place. The conditions wouldn't be there for this flow to take place, so the answer is YES.

God created the rules of nature and all that science has learned, including the properties of electrons, protons, and neutrons.

God orchestrates everything. He is in control of everything. We cannot possibly imagine how he can do it all and all at once. This is why God is worthy of our praise and worship. He loves you and me. Why he would bother with us, I do not know, except that his mercy and grace and love exceed anything that we can imagine.
