Microsoft has not released a new version of Windows since 2001. Vista will be the next and new version of Windows; an entire new Operating System. Vista has not yet been released to public; I believe that it has been released to corporations. Vista is due to be released VERY shortly, probably in the next few months. If you or anyone else is thinking of buying a new pc, I would wait a few more months and get Vista. Why buy a brand new pc with a 6 year old Operating System?
