Why do you want to sell her? Pets are for a lifetime, not just like a possession you sell and then resell. If you must sell her at least ensure she goes to a good home. You have a responsibility to her.

This animal is not just a thing to be sold off, you adopted her, or somebody did. She is an intelligent, emotional creature and if you feel this way I do hope you find her a home where she can run and play be loved and intellectually challenged. You should not worry about getting money for her, my 5 year old Chocolate Lab is priceless.

Please be careful that you find a kind friendly home for her.

Unless she is from show stock or proven in the field, you won't get much, Labs are a dime a dozen.

Try putting up flyers around town and an ad in the paper.

to get an approximate amount, i would take her to a near by pound or pet shop and see how much they would pay for her. they are the experts. once you get that then you can sell her for higher or even lower than that price if you wish. if you dont want to go to all of that trouble, you could just send her to me! i really love dogs especially chocolate labs. (crossed fingers) i will pay you anything!

Labs are so overbred that rescues are overwhelmed with ones needing 2nd chance homes. Unless she is an exceptional AKC champion, you will be lucky to place her in a good home free.

Go to www.akc.org & contact your closest chapter of Labrador Rescue for help.

Keep her. There were four pure bred chocolate labs in our humane society that had been there for months because no one wanted them.

It is WORTH what someone is willing to pay for it. It can depend on the age, and what has been done with the dog. Why do you want to sell her??????????

if it is a pure breed and a puppy then my estimate would be about $200 to $300

To all bunny huggers. ALL DOGS ARE POSSESSIONS, BY LAW. Have you ever thought what this person may be going through? MAybe he/she is going to be homeless, maybe they have a real hard financial problem, maybe they have developed an allergy to dog hair, maybe anything. Stop judging people because they are selling/giving away a dog. How did you get your dog? Someone sold it/gave it to you, unless you stole it.
