My brother said that if a pharaoh died it will be burried with it's wife. I don't believe him because I studied Ancient Egypt last year so please help me out.

egyptians didn't practice human sacrifice when their pharoahs died - at least not from the 3rd dynasty onwards.

In the 4th dynasty, the queens and queen mothers were buried in the satellite pyramids of the great pyramids.

In luxor many queens were buried in the Valley of the Queens and not with the pharoahs in the Valley of the Kings

yes most of the times, the pharoah wont be buried practically with the wife, but next to him

Some pharaoh's had sepparate tombs built for their wives & children.

Depends who it was really.
