My mom found this bag of photos that she's been searching for for years of my sister and I when we were young. However, she was extremely disappointed to find out that almost all of them, especially the good ones, were damaged by water badly and stuck together. Is there any way to unstick them without ruining them?

Try soaking them in lukewarm water for long period; the water must be between 80º and 90ºF.
To a gallon add 2 drops of dish washing liquid (only 2) this will replace the 'fotoflo' that is used when processing pictures.

you'll have to soak them in water (preferably distilled water) to get them to un-stick. soak them for 24 hours, and then carefully peel them apart. if they don't want to separate then let them soak for more time.

they will probably be damage from them being stuck together for so long, so you might want to find a photo restorer in your area.
