Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
-Prep time- 20 minutes
-cook time-10 minutes
-makes about 24 cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter softened (i just melted in in the microwave, not quite all the way melted, just till it was soft)

1 cup white sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons hot water

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 Degrees C)
Cream together teh butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with the salt. Stir in the flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are nicely browned (it depends on how large your cookies are, I made mine a little bigger than a tablespoon, and I had to bake them for 15 minutes, and that made the outsides crunchy and the middles chewy. They will be a little floppy when you take them off the cookie sheet, but they harden up as they cool.)

Enjoy!!!

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

DIRECTIONS
To Toast Sesame Seeds: Pour seeds into a pie pan and place in a 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir seeds occasionally.
