You need to take her to a vet now, otherwise you're risking losing her!!!
A pup should never be left stuck in the birth canal for three hours. A stuck pup dies within minutes, but to leave in there that long, it may have killed the rest of them.
She definitely cannot give birth on her own, and if you don't get help immediately, she'll die too.
Also, the pups should be birthed at a normal rate of 15-30 minutes apart, at times it might take longer, but if it's more than two hours between, one must seek medical help, for the mama dog might be getting too tired, or there might be other problems involved.
Seek help now!

You should be at the vet, not sitting on the computer. If one puppy was stuck for 3 hours that delayed the other pups being born. There are probably more dead pups inside her. Take her to the vet before you lose her too.

If she's been in labor for 8 hours and has delivered only 1 pup then you need to get her to the vet before the rest of the litter sufficate to death in the birthcanal.

Dogs can be in labor for hours. You might want to get a vet over to your house though.

How could you watch a puppy stuck for three hours??? You couldn't help by gently pulling on the pup. IF you don't know how to help your dog deliver these pups(which you obviously don't) Get her to a vet..... Like hours ago!!!!! Don't sit in front of your computer and have all the pups and mother die!!!! PLEASE don't breed her again.

Get her to a vet NOW! This is not normal! Many small dogs have problems with whelping. Yours seems to be one of them! Please call the vet before it is too late!!!!

Don't breed dogs if you don't know what you are doing. Get your dog spayed after the puppies are weaned.

I have went through 3 dog labers what I have found put them in a dark room and let them do what is natural to them. I have also found if you huver over them they seem to take longer and it puts alot of stress on them that can cause still births

It depends on how many puppies there are, and the dog. It might be a bit.
