Is the right answer A, B, or C?

A) Almost 3000, which was about 1/3 of the priests.
B) Only a few who had Jewish blood.

The answer is "A".

Catholic priests were very vocal in their oppostion to the nazi regime. When the Nazi heard about it, the priest were sent to concentration camps and exterminated.

Read the story of Maximillian Kolbe for an example.

I think it's A, the church may have loved Nazis but were considered brain poisoners by many top N.S.D.A.P officials
