Through practice. Try to speak it as much as possible and be immersed in it --- listen to songs, watch movies, read books (try the ones for children first) and things that are written in English. If you can, then take some lessons as a teacher can guide you and correct you. If not, try the self-help books which I am sure you can find in any bookstore.

Try Rosetta Stone, it is a group of cd's that they offer in many different languages. They are very good in teaching language. And you could get an online buddy theat speaks english to help out. Good Luck!

Get a book or CD to learn it from the bookstores or online. Or try to find a school with "English as a Second Language" courses (ESL).

plus studying, reading and hearing, find a friend who speaks English as a first language, or a friend with good second language, and don't be shy to talk and ask....even if it's not so rite at the beginning..
