Do it when the mood is right but try to make a suprise when go in for the kiss. Choose the perfect technique for for the mood. Instead of that "fresh breth mint sprayer" thingy that you use for your mouth try to pop just a couple of mints it's your mouth.... fresh breth for kissing isn't that big a deal, but it is important that you have fresh breth when you're planning to kiss someone. If the mood is dark an romantic go in for the tounge it's just to buddies on date or a casual evening at home try to make it more simple but still a kiss on the lips!
