My daughter fell asleep with two rubberbands on her wrist last night. I didn't notice this till this morning, it is really swollen now, but I think it will be ok. I'm trying to find ways to get the swelling down, she's only 2 1/2, could someone help me?

Her hand wasn't blue when she woke up, it was just swollen from having the rubberband around it all night.

You don't mention if her hand was blue or not. Call her pediatrician and ask for his advice. This is not something to play with. Good luck to you both.
