Its either of the two: one, you've gained muscle which is good since muscle burns fat and muscle weighs more than fat. Or two, you've hit the weight loss "plateau" which is a common thing for slimmers but its a momentary thing it means you're body is trying to get used to the changes and it'll eventually start lossing provided you burn more calories than what you're taking in. You can also try changing you're regimen for extra umph.

Hmmm Very interesting. I really don't know but I will tell you that every person is different and for you to lose weight it may take a different approach. It is just finding the right combination of food. I'll give you my experience I mixed low carb with South Beach and have had great results. I cut out all sugar, white bread, potatoes etc etc etc but I did allow for whole wheat bread 8 carbs a slice and some other things now I can't gain a pound I've lost too much. Just keep working at it you'll do it. It just takes discipline and determination. I wish you the best.

Yes ,you are right that you have not found any change
It is not wrong but also not correct by exercise and other methods like ( morning walk, control on eating habits, dress ect,) of reducing weight are effective, By adopting Dieting and exercise we can only prevent or active our body.If you want to really reduce your weight permanently first you try to know what is the reason behind.
According to me it is not due to your eating problem,it is due to some problem in your body's inner functional problems,It is a hormonal problem and there is some of your gland which is not producing / providing balanced juices to your body.mean to say pls do something to on line your Glands working after that you will find the effectiveness of dieting and exercise.

Well if you mean "weight" per se, it may be that you have gained a bit of muscle from all the exercise; muscle weighs more than fat so you still might have lost some fat. Do you feel better in your clothes, and can you see any changes in your body? Those are more important indicators at this point. Keep at it and keep up the good work! Good luck.

Well, you see yourself all the time, maybe you are losing and you don't realize it. Maybe other people are noticing. You could be losing inches right now which sometimes happens first during dieting and exercise.

First, 30 mins is not longenough. The issue is Heart Rate. Your hear rate has to be in your "Target Heart Rate" zone before your body will begin to burn fat.
Next, your body is still sure it will get "Fed" so when you work out, it's not burning the fat, it's burning the calories. Once it begins to burn the fat, you will see pounds begin to shed.
