People worry over a lot of things everyday. I'm sure you do it, and I know I do it too.

It can be something very minor from an article of clothing, to deciding what to eat.

I make a big deal out of everything. I need to be able to say, "Screw it." and just see where my day takes me.

I think too much into things. Like deciding if i should eat or not, depending on many factors such as if i already ate and the nutritional value of the food. (im not overweight or anything)

I think too deep into too many things. so much that my days consist of a lot of thinking rather than doing.

how can i stop this?

for a long time now i have been a thinker, rather than a do-er, because of this.

help!

Deciding over article of clothing, obsessively, is not thinking deep, it is obsessing.

A deep thinker assesses deep things and is not self centred. He may be self focused. He is meticulous but he is not fussy. He exercises care in carrying out a task but he is not devastated if his hair is out of place in the wrong place.

Whose approval are you trying to gain by doing what you're doing?

Your problem is with Prioritization. Unless you have more time on your hands than a newly invested Tibetan Monk, you need to do some things at certain times. If you make yourself late deciding between a blue or white shirt, you have failed to judge the Importance of what you are doing and what you are about.

Make a list on paper of ten things that are more important to finish doing than answering a ringing telephone. Make a list of ten things that you want in your life. Make a list of ten things that are NOT important enough to ask about on Yahoo! Answers.

Don't think about whether to do these lists. Start now.

If you are a thinker, think.

Then you can tell the do-ers why what they did didn't work.
