Terry Semel

Terry S. Semel is the chairman and chief executive officer of Yahoo! Inc, a leading global Internet company. Semel is focused on providing the strategy and vision that will allow Yahoo! to attain its goal to be Internet's leading global consumer and business services company. A globally-respected media and entertainment executive, Semel was named Yahoo!'s chairman and CEO in May 2001.
Previously, Semel spent 24 years at Warner Bros., most noted for his role as chairman and co-chief executive officer where he and his partner, Robert Daly, helped build Warner Bros. into one of the world's largest and most creative media and entertainment enterprises. Like Yahoo!, Warner Bros. reaches billions of worldwide consumers through its vast stable of properties. Semel is credited with building Warner Bros. from a single revenue source generating less than $1 billion to nearly $11 billion total revenues from multiple, diverse businesses in 50 countries.
Prior to Warner Bros., Semel was in charge of Walt Disney's Theatrical Distribution division and previously in charge of CBS' Theatrical Distribution division. Semel is currently on the Board of Directors of Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, the Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Television and Radio.
In 2005, Semel was granted the UCLA Medal, which is the highest honor bestowed by the university, and the Yale Legends in Leadership Award.

Jerry Yang
Co-founder and Chief Yahoo!
Jerry Yang, a Taiwanese native raised in San Jose, Calif., co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with David Filo and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995. Mr. Yang, a leading force in the media industry, has been instrumental in building Yahoo! into the world's most highly trafficked Web site and one of the Internet's most recognized brands. A member of Yahoo!'s board of directors, Mr. Yang works closely with the company's CEO and executive team to develop corporate business strategies and guide the future direction of the company. Mr. Yang is currently on the Board of Directors of Alibaba, the Asian Pacific American Community Fund, Cisco and Yahoo! Japan, and is also on the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Dan Rosensweig

Daniel Rosensweig was appointed chief operating officer of Yahoo! in April 2002. Reporting to chairman and chief executive officer, Terry Semel, Rosensweig oversees the operations of Yahoo! worldwide. Functions reporting to him include product development, marketing, international operations, and North American operations, which encompasses the Company's six business units and advertising sales.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Rosensweig was president of CNET Networks, a position he took on following the merger of ZDNet and CNET in 2000. In this capacity, Rosensweig was responsible for many of the operations globally, and played a critical role in overseeing the successful integration of the two companies. During his tenure, Rosensweig was also a key participant in company-wide efforts to develop and introduce innovative new Internet advertising formats, such as interactive messaging units.
Before joining CNET Networks, Rosensweig was an 18-year veteran of Ziff-Davis, where he served in many capacities, including president and chief executive officer of ZDNet, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Rosensweig built ZDNet as a standalone company from Ziff-Davis, successfully took the company public, grew the business to become both profitable and among the top 20 most visited networks on the Internet, and finally merged with CNET. Rosensweig was president of Ziff-Davis Internet Publishing Group from 1996 to 1997, where he oversaw magazine titles such as Inter@ctive Week and Yahoo! Internet Life. Rosensweig was vice-president and publisher of PC Magazine from 1994 to 1996, and associate publisher from 1992 to 1994. Under his tenure, PC Magazine became the leading computer magazine in both audience reach and revenue. Rosensweig also held various other positions at Ziff-Davis in advertising sales, classified ad sales, and circulation.
Rosensweig received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Hobart College, Geneva, New York. Rosensweig currently sits on the advisory board of the non-profit DonorsChoose.org.

Susan Decker
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration
A key member of Yahoo!'s executive team, Susan L. Decker is Yahoo!'s chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and administration. In this role, Decker is a key participant in determining Yahoo!'s business strategy, and is also responsible for managing and setting all aspects of the company's financial and administrative direction within key functional areas, including finance, human resources, legal, and investor relations. Additionally, Decker oversees the Yahoo! Marketplaces business unit which includes Autos, Classifieds, HotJobs, Personals, Real Estate, Shopping and Travel. Decker reports to chairman and chief executive officer, Terry Semel.
Prior to joining Yahoo! in June 2000, Decker was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) for 14 years. Most recently, she served as the global director of equity research, a $300 million operation, where, among other things, she was responsible for building and staffing a non-U.S. research product based on global sector teams. Before serving as DLJ's global and domestic head of research, she spent 12 years as an equity research analyst, providing coverage to institutional investors on more than 30 media, publishing, and advertising stocks. In this capacity, she received recognition by Institutional Investor magazine as a top rated analyst for ten consecutive years.
Decker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University, with a double major in computer science and economics, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She also received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1989 and served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) for a four-year term, from January 2000 to January 2004. Decker served on the board of directors of Pixar Animation Studios from June 2004 to May 2006, until its sale to Disney. Decker serves on the board of directors for Costco Wholesale and The Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR).

Farzad Nazem

Farzad Nazem joined Yahoo! in early 1996 as senior vice president of engineering and surfing and was named chief technical officer in January 1998. He is responsible for overseeing all areas of engineering, including site operations and product development. Nazem has more than 18 years of experience in executive and technical positions. Marco Boerries joined Yahoo! in 2005 with the acquisition of VerdiSoft and leads the global Connected Life business unit that encompasses the Company's broadband partnerships, digital home initiative, PC client experience and mobile products and strategy. Marco is an established industry leader with a compelling vision for enabling digital mobility across the mobile, broadband, and home networking markets.
Previously Marco founded VerdiSoft in August 2001 to pursue his vision of enabling Digital Mobility across the mobile, broadband, and home networking markets. Prior to founding VerdiSoft, Marco worked at Sun Microsystems as the Vice President and General Manager of Webtop and Application Software. In this role, Marco drove the development of the Solaris Common Desktop Environment, Netscape for Solaris, and OpenOffice.org. As the de facto open source ambassador for Sun, Marco was instrumental in introducing the GNOME project - a free and facile desktop environment for the end-user, and a powerful application framework for the developer.
Marco is also the creator of the popular StarOffice Suite. He founded Star Division at age 16, dropping out of high school to pursue his vision of creating an alternative to Microsoft software. Marco sold StarOffice to Sun Microsystems in August 1999.
Michael J. Callahan

Mike Callahan was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Yahoo! in September 2003 after previously serving as Yahoo!'s Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Callahan is responsible for the worldwide legal affairs and public policy of Yahoo!, as well as advising the Company's management and board of directors on strategic and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1999, Callahan was with Electronics for Imaging, Inc. in a business development capacity and as corporate counsel. Prior to EFI, Callahan was associated with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP concentrating on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters.
Callahan holds a law degree from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in International Affairs and Arab Studies from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
Gregory Coleman

A seasoned executive with nearly 25 years of media experience, Greg Coleman is a key member of Yahoo!'s management team, responsible for leading Yahoo!'s global sales businesses. In this role, he oversees all of Yahoo!'s media sales businesses, including brand advertising and search marketing sales. He also leads the management of Yahoo! HotJobs, and global sales operations. Since joining the company in May 2001, he has played a significant role in establishing Yahoo!'s leadership position in the advertising sales marketplace. Coleman also chairs Yahoo!'s internal Ad Council, which oversees the company's ad policy and collaborates on key strategic issues relevant to its advertising business.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Coleman was senior vice president of publicly-held Reader's Digest Association and president of U.S. Magazine Publishing. He was responsible for the company's stable of magazine properties, including Reader's Digest, the largest magazine in the United States and in the world. In this role, he oversaw all advertising, circulation, production, customer service, and financial initiatives for the magazine division.
Before becoming the president of U.S. Magazines, Coleman served as vice president and worldwide publisher of Reader's Digest, directing overall business for the 48 editions of Reader's Digest published in 19 languages. Prior to that, he lead U.S.-based Reader's Digest to four straight years of record advertising revenues and profitability through several ambitious programs. Before joining Reader's Digest, Coleman was founding publisher of Memories magazine at Diamandis Communications. Previously, at CBS, Inc., he spent 10 years leading advertising efforts for Woman's Day as vice president and national sales manager.

Toby Coppel joined Yahoo! in May 2001 as senior vice president of corporate development. In this role he is a key participant in the development of the Company's strategy and is responsible for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities on a global basis, whether they be through internal development, mergers, acquisitions, investments, partnerships, alliances, and/or joint ventures.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Coppel was managing director of Windsor Digital, an investment company founded by Yahoo!'s current chairman and chief executive officer, Terry Semel. Before joining Windsor, Coppel was vice president at Allen & Company, a well-known investment bank in the media and entertainment industry, responsible for working with the firm's internet clients. Coppel has also worked for Intel Capital where he worked on strategic equity investments in emerging broadband technologies. He began his career with Goldman Sachs International in London as a financial analyst in the communications, media and technology group.
Coppel graduated from Oxford University with a Master of Arts degree in philosophy, politics and economics with first class honors, and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Coppel is on the advisory board of Publicolor, an organization devoted to improving inner-city schools in New York City.

Cammie Dunaway joined Yahoo! in June 2003 as chief marketing officer, responsible for leading Yahoo!'s worldwide branding efforts and driving the company's product marketing initiatives. A seasoned executive with over 20 years of marketing experience, Dunaway oversees all of Yahoo!'s consumer, enterprise and partnership marketing initiatives, from brand and marketing communications to product planning and positioning to execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Under Dunaway's leadership, Yahoo! was named the 2006 "Marketer of the Year" by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), an honor that recognizes Yahoo!'s overall industry vision and marketing innovation. In 2005, Dunaway oversaw Yahoo!'s tremendously successful 10th year anniversary campaign, including a massive global marketing and branding initiative that the Promotional Marketing Association recognized with the 2006 Gold Reggie Award. Dunaway's numerous other achievements at Yahoo! have included the launch of Yahoo! Music Unlimited at the Yahoo! Music Penthouse in Miami for the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards and Yahoo!'s global "Life Engine" advertising campaign in 2004. Dunaway also led the Yahoo! Personals "Live Billboard" campaign, which won the 2005 Gold Effie Award and was recognized by Mediaweek as the "Best Out of Home" marketing campaign of the year. She was named as one of the 100 Top Marketers by Advertising Age and has led Yahoo! to numerous industry recognitions including the Clio Awards, the Obie Awards and the Promo PRO Awards.
Prior to joining the company, Dunaway spent 13 years at Frito-Lay, supervising prominent brands such as Doritos, Cheetos, Lays, Ruffles and Rold Gold Pretzels. She holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Dunaway currently serves on the board of directors of Brunswick Corporation.
Dunaway is married to Lendy Dunaway and has a son, Davis. She is actively involved with the San Jose Tech Museum and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Silicon Valley.

Dr. Usama Fayyad is Yahoo!'s chief data officer and senior vice president of Research & Strategic Data Solutions. Fayyad is responsible for Yahoo!'s overall data strategy, architecting Yahoo!'s data policies and systems, prioritizing data investments, and managing the Company's data analytics and data processing infrastructure. The analysis and management of data within Fayyad's group enables Yahoo! to ensure customer satisfaction and develop innovative products and services that are essential to consumers' lives. Fayyad also oversees the Yahoo! Research organization that includes offices in Sunnyvale, Burbank and Berkeley, CA as well as New York, Europe, and S. America. Yahoo! Research is building the premier scientific research organization to develop the new sciences of the Internet, on-line marketing, and innovative interactive applications.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Fayyad co-founded and led the DMX Group, a data mining and data strategy consulting company. In early 2000, he co-founded and served as CEO of digiMine Inc. (now Revenue Science, Inc.), a data analysis and data mining company that built, operated and hosted data warehouses and analytics for some of the world's largest enterprises in online publishing, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and financial services.
Fayyad's professional experience also includes five years spent leading the data mining and exploration group at Microsoft Research and building the data mining products for Microsoft's server division. From 1989 to 1996 Fayyad held a leadership role at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) where his work in the analysis and exploration of scientific databases gathered from observatories, remote-sensing platforms and spacecraft garnered him the top research excellence award that Caltech awards to JPL scientists, as well as a U.S. Government medal from NASA.
Fayyad earned his Ph.D. in engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1991), and also holds BSE's in both electrical and computer engineering (1984); MSE in computer science and engineering (1986); and M.Sc. in mathematics (1989). He has published over 100 technical articles in the fields of data mining and Artificial Intelligence, is a Fellow of the American Association of Artificial Intelligence, has edited two influential books on the data mining and launched and served as editor-in-chief of both the primary scientific journal in the field and the primary newsletter in the technical community published by the ACM. He regularly delivers keynotes and talks at government, industry and academic conferences around the world.

A seasoned executive in the online listings and classified business, Dan Finnigan joined HotJobs in June 2002 as executive vice president and general manager. Finnigan is responsible for all HotJobs operations, including ongoing integration with Yahoo! and the development and expansion of HotJobs' position in the online recruitment space.
Prior to joining HotJobs, Finnigan served as President of Knight Ridder Digital. In that role, he was responsible for Knight Ridder's Internet products, brands, and operations. Prior to joining Knight Ridder Digital, Finnigan was President and CEO of SBC Interactive, a subsidiary of SBC Communications, where he launched and operated SMARTpages.com (formerly AtHand.com), an online national yellow pages directory. Prior to his experience at SBC Interactive, Finnigan worked with the Times Mirror Company, where he was responsible for the creation and general management of electronic information services; and new business development, where he was a key participant in the planning and formation of The Los Angeles Times' first Internet business plan. Prior to this, he was a senior consultant for The Advisory Board Company in Washington, D.C., a membership of 2,000 of the country's largest and most progressive health systems and medical centers, and a freelance reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Los Angeles Times.

Brad Garlinghouse is the Senior Vice President of Communications, Communities, and Front Doors at Yahoo!. He oversees the company's communications and communities products, as well as the primary starting points to the Yahoo! network. Rachel Glaser

Rachel Glaser joined Yahoo! in May 2005 as senior vice president of operations finance. In this role, Glaser leads the global finance team for all of Yahoo!'s business units, regions and central functions, as well as corporate planning and forecasting for the company. Glaser reports to chief financial officer, Susan Decker.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Glaser spent nearly 20 years at The Walt Disney Company, where she held several leadership positions in the finance organizations of Television Animation, Network Television, Corporate Planning and Consumer Products divisions. Most recently, she served as the vice president of operations and business planning for the company's Consumer Product group, a $14 billion division that extends the Disney brand to merchandise across seven lines of business in 50 markets around the world. In this role, she led the strategic and financial planning for Disney's global franchises and key retail accounts, including Wal*Mart, Target and Toys R Us. She also implemented key growth processes and led the related change management effort for finance, planning, technology, supply chain operations and several acquisition integrations during her time at the company.

Phu Hoang

Phu Hoang oversees the platform engineering group which develops and manages Yahoo!'s central products and services architecture. He also manages strategy, research and development for Yahoo!'s product engineering groups including Media, Marketplaces, Local, Connected Life, Network Services, Communities and Communications as well as oversees Yahoo!'s international engineering team and the Bangalore development center.
He joined Yahoo! in February 1996. Previous to his current position, Hoang held various roles at Yahoo! in the engineering, product and business management areas, including serving as head of engineering for Yahoo! Ads systems, general manager of Yahoo! Shopping and Yahoo! Auctions, and head of engineering for Yahoo! Search and Yahoo! Search Marketing. David Karnstedt

David Karnstedt joined Yahoo! Search Marketing (formerly Overture) in September 2001, bringing more than nine years of online advertising and search marketing experience to the company. He is responsible for building and deepening relationships with Yahoo! Search Marketing's current and prospective advertisers.
Since joining Yahoo!, David has built and managed the company's North American sales force responsible for selling a variety of sponsored search, marketing analytics and small business related products. He also introduced Yahoo! Search Marketing's channel sales program, focused on establishing strategic partnerships with key advertising agencies, search engine marketing companies and search technology providers.
David began his career with several leading internet companies developing revolutionary online advertising methods that are still in use today. He was Vice President and General Manager of AltaVista's Internet search group where he helped the company become one of the first portals to enable all rich media formats. He also led the initiative to rebuild AltaVista's search platform and was instrumental in the successful integration of four different companies. Previously, David served as Western Advertising Director for Wired Digital Lycos, overseeing sales efforts while developing and conducting some of the industry's earliest brand impact studies.
In 2001, David co-founded the Interactive Advertising Bureau's search committee, dedicated to developing standards and research to further the search marketing industry. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of media and industry events. David holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois.

Prior to joining Yahoo! in 1998, Dr. Lu was a Research Staff Member at IBM Almaden Research Center. Before that, Dr. Lu worked at Carnegie Mellon University as a Research Associate, and at Fudan University in China as a faculty member. Wenda Harris Millard joined Yahoo! in October 2001 as Chief Sales Officer. She is responsible for driving North American sales.
Millard began her media career at age nine as the publisher, circulation director, editor and sole staff writer of the Archer Lane Scoop. The self-proclaimed "media junkie" hasn't looked back since embarking on a road that led her to the American Advertising Federation's Hall of Achievement, the highest honor given to advertising professionals 40 and under.
A seasoned executive with over twenty-five years of publishing and advertising experience, Millard was formerly Chief Internet Officer at Ziff Davis Media and president of Ziff Davis Internet. Previously, she was executive vice president of DoubleClick, where she was responsible for establishing the DoubleClick brand and oversaw the operations of DoubleClick Media. Millard has also served as president and group publisher of SRDS, senior vice president and publisher of Family Circle and executive vice president/group publisher of Adweek, Mediaweek and Brandweek magazines. Previous career highlights include sales and management roles at leading organizations including Working Woman Ventures, Inc.; New York Magazine; and Ladies' Home Journal.
Active on behalf of the advertising industry throughout her career, Millard is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ad Council, the Advertising Education Foundation and the Interactive Advertising Bureau. She has received numerous industry awards including the AAF's Silver Medal Award as "2006 Advertising Person of the Year" and the 2005 Matrix Award for "Women Who Change the World." She also received the IAB's "Publisher Impact Award" in 2005, and she was named a "Digital Media Master" by Advertising Age, acknowledging her as one of the 20 most influential executives in interactive media. Millard was the subject of a Spring 2000 profile by Tom Brokaw as part of NBC's "Women to Watch," series.
She sits on the Boards of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. and Trinity College.

Mick Murray joined Yahoo! in November 2004 as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer. In this role he is responsible for driving Yahoo!'s vision for scaling the organization to support its growing global business, compliance, infrastructure and operational needs. Murray joined Yahoo! with more than 25 years of financial management experience in both corporate and public accounting environments.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Murray held various positions with Sun Microsystems for more than 15 years, and spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to that. His corporate experience spans all of the major finance functions, including corporate governance, accounting, external reporting, planning, analysis and strategy, risk management, global supplier management, SMI communications, quality and sigma functions, treasury, and tax and systems.
Murray has a wide breadth of expertise in fiduciary and business partner roles. He has held corporate positions in internal audit, shared financial services in AsiaPac, and as assistant corporate controller. His business partner experience includes supporting Sun's Asia operations, Australasia businesses and Sun Services. Prior to joining Sun, Murray worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco, California and Dublin, Ireland.
Murray holds a Bachelor's in Communication and a Master of Business Studies degrees from the University College in Dublin, Ireland. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Ash Patel

Ash Patel is currently Chief Product Officer at Yahoo! He is responsible for global product strategy and development, identifying future product trends and emerging technologies, and serves as an advocate for users across the Yahoo! network. He reports directly to COO Dan Rosensweig.
Since starting at Yahoo! in 1996, Patel has played a key role in architecting and enhancing MyYahoo!, Yahoo! Finance, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Chat and many other products that continue to impact millions of Yahoo! users. In 2001, he became SVP of platform engineering, where he was responsible for Yahoo!'s Communications Products, core platforms and infrastructure.
Prior to joining the company, Patel was a principle member of the technical staff at Oracle Corporation, and before that, held a number of software engineer and development positions at technology companies in Silicon Valley and London.
Patel holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Computer Science from the Kings College University of London.

Lars Rabbe joined Yahoo! in June 2003 as Chief Information Officer, responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of Yahoo!'s global information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining the company, Rabbe served as senior vice president and CIO of Redback Networks, and held a variety of vice president and CIO positions within four divisions at Lucent Technologies.
Reporting to Executive Vice President and CTO Farzad Nazem, Rabbe leads Yahoo!'s information technology professionals, overseeing the company's corporate enterprise applications, internal corporate networks, billing and desktops.
A seasoned IT executive with nearly 30 years of technology management experience in the financial services, retail and software/hardware sectors, Rabbe has held positions with Redback Networks, Lucent Technologies, Fidelity Investments and NeXT Computer, overseeing employees in 50 countries with budget responsibilities exceeding $1 billion.
Rabbe holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
Prabhakar Raghavan

Prabhakar Raghavan has been the head of Yahoo! Research since 2005. His research interests include text and web mining, and algorithm design. He is a consulting professor of Computer Science at Stanford University and editor-in-chief of the Journal of the ACM. Raghavan received his PhD from Berkeley and is a fellow of the ACM and of the IEEE. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was the chief technology officer at Verity and has held a number of technical and managerial positions at IBM Research.
Libby Sartain

Libby Sartain is responsible for leading Yahoo! Inc.'s global human resources efforts and managing and developing the human resources team. She focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing Yahoo!'s employees who promote and strengthen the company culture, as well as represent the powerful Yahoo! brand. In 2006, Fortune Magazine named Yahoo! one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in America.
Prior to joining Yahoo! in August 2001, Sartain was "vice president of people" at Southwest Airlines, where she led all human resources functions including employment, training, benefits and compensation. She also played a key role in developing an employment brand strategy, which helped double employee growth in six years and fostered the company's reputation as a leading employer of choice and one of the most admired companies in America. Sartain also served as chairman of the Society for Human Resource Management in 2001 and was named fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 1998. She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
Libby co-authored HR from the Heart: Inspiring Stories and Strategies for Building the People Side of Great Business (AMACOM) as well as Brand from the Inside: Eight Essentials to Connect Your Employees to Your Business (Josey-Bass).
She currently divides her time between San Carlos, California, and her ranch near Bastrop, Texas. She is married and has a grown daughter.
Hilary Schneider

Hilary Schneider joined Yahoo! in September of 2006 as the senior vice president of Marketplaces, a newly formed business unit for the company. In this role, Schneider is charged with developing an overarching classified and listings strategy that includes new ways of monetizing transaction listings across Yahoo! as well as day-to-day oversight of Yahoo! Marketplaces properties in the U.S., including Autos, Classifieds, HotJobs, Personals, Real Estate, Shopping & Auctions, Travel and Yellow Pages.
Prior to joining the company, Schneider was the senior vice president for Knight Ridder, Inc., a $3 billion revenue company, where she co-managed the newspaper operations and led its digital division. Under her leadership, Knight Ridder's online revenue tripled and the division's profit margins grew significantly. During her tenure at Knight Ridder, Schneider also served as the president and CEO of Knight Ridder Digital, the online operations of Knight Ridder, Inc.'s 32 web sites. She has served on the boards of CareerBuilder.com, Classified Ventures, Topix,net., ShopLocal and NAA.
Prior to Knight Ridder, Schneider was the president and CEO of Red Herring Communications, where she oversaw Red Herring Magazine, RedHerring.com and Red Herring's events unit. She also served as the president and CEO of Times Mirror Interactive, where she managed all of Time Mirror's Internet businesses, including more than 34 of its web sites. Schneider also served seven years with The Baltimore Sun Company in a number of positions across new business development and sales & marketing, which led to her role as general manager of business operations.
Schneider holds a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

As senior vice president, Jeff Weiner oversees our Search Group including Yahoo! Search, the Yahoo! Search Marketing (formerly Overture) product, customer and content solutions teams and Yahoo! Small Business. The group's long-term vision is to enable people to find, use, share and expand (FUSE) all human knowledge, and more specifically, the group's mission is to provide the world's most valued and trusted search experience for users, publishers and advertisers.
From 2001 to 2002, Weiner was the senior vice president of corporate development at Yahoo!, where he was responsible for overseeing the development and modification of overall corporate and individual business unit strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to coming to Yahoo!, Weiner was the co-founder of Windsor Digital, a private equity firm focused on digital and media investments. From 1994 to 2000, he worked at Warner Bros., where after starting in the corporate planning and development group, he helped conceive the initial plan for Warner Bros. Online and played a key role in developing and overseeing the division. Prior to Warner Bros., Weiner was a strategic planning analyst at Braxton Associates, the strategic management consulting division of Deloitte and Touche.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
