It would depend on which one you have.

Often times men show no symptoms but spread them around like wildfire.

Women tend to know pretty quickly if something seems wrong.

Some cause cancer later in life. Some make you susceptible to HIV. Some give you warts some cause open sores on your genitals. Some itch and some cause a bad odor.

Take your pick. They are all ugly and it's best not to get one in the first place.

Depends on the disease.
Acute: sores, pain, discharge, burning, fever, stomach pain, hair loss, many things.
Chronic: Insanity, sterility, death, long-term kidney and liver failure.
Get married.
Get tested.
Get a condom.

Depends which one you have. Some could be fatal if untreated, although this is v. unlikely with antibiotics.
Others can cause infertility or sterility.
