One hour on the RER train to the city center. You will have more than one option to transfer from the RER train to a Metro. You will need to decide exactly where you want to shop because there are many districts where you can shop. I prefer the Left Bank shops along the Blvd. St. Germain des Pres. You can get off the RER along the River Seine, then take the Metro to Rue du Bac or Odeon.

You may prefer the Rue St Honore, a famous Right Bank shopping street. In that case, get off the RER at Gare du Nord or Chatelet and take the Metro to the Madeleine Church area or Concorde. Then walk to Rue St Honore. Carry a guide book like Access Paris.

The RER next stop from Disneyland is Val d'Europe.

You may get there at 35-50% discount brandy goods.

Otherwise get at http://paris.c-lafrance.com/LoisirsVisites/Shopping_1_4.html to have information on shopping centers in Paris. Best area should be Hausmann area (9th district) with Galeries Lafayette and Printemps departemental stores. In case you want to buy cheaper goods aim at one of the Hypermarkets around Paris (Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc, Cora, ....)
