First start that science was your strong point at school. Over the years you have developed interest in Medicine, first as a subject and later as something you can be good at. Mention your experience and how comfortable you feel helping people.
Then you can say that you want a GOOD career. A lot of applicants are scared to say that, but there is nothing wrong in wishing to have a good career with stability and CPD (continuing professional development). It is also a good idea to mention that you are intersted in medical research, because you can help treating the patients by sound medical research and discovery. You may add you want to contribute in any possible way and if you already know the area you would like to dedicate yourself, mention what you would like to work on and how this can help in treating patients.
The most important thing is being honest, do not exaggerate anything. The medical team is not stupid and knows much more at this stage than you do. And believe me they would know when you speak from your heart.
Best of luck

Try this:
The human body is one of the most complicated systems in the world. Everyone falls sick sometime or the other. I have seen my own relations/friends fall sick and suffer for quite a long time and empathised with them. I would like to see that people enjoy their lives with as little suffering as possible, and curing them of their disease is one way to achieve this. I also like the challenges posed by studying complicated subjects like medicine.
(Modify as required.)
As you want to become a doctor, you would have given some thought to why you chose this profession. You can also add the reasoning in your thought process as an answer.

well, you could always go with the cliched, i want to save lives. or you can state that "being a doctor is something ive been interested for a long time. It is an important and necessary profession, and i want to be able to productively assist people in becoming and staying healthy."

honesty, all joking aside, if you cannot answer that, are you sure the field is right for you? Anyway, the need to help people sounds like a good answer.

Not to sound rude, but if you are becoming a Dr, shouldn't you know your own reason why? I mean you went through all the years in school, you must know why you did it. Good Luck man.

Hmmmmmmmmm. Lets see. I think it depends on what you do.
But I'd answer," Because I am sick of seeing people in pain and wanted to help people out."
