will be some issues - possibly you're eating something your body would not like (foodstuff allergic reaction or lactose intolerance)? it would also be that you at the instantaneous are not used to eating breakfast and so for you to commence with a small element. I had an same problem for a lengthy time period. i began with undeniable toast then extra some fruit (straightforward on the tummy are peaches, bananas, non citrus). Then artwork as a lot as different issues once you may tolerate smaller issues. also espresso, tea are harder on an empty abdomen. So is o.j. so attempt to drink undeniable water once you first upward push up. also eat slower, supply your abdomen time to digest the foodstuff. that would help! solid success, I actually were there.

Well, first of all, since you've been throwing up we well focus on rehydrate yourself. So you'll be taking more liquids than usual.
Tea is a good option because it has some astringent effect, meaning that if you have diarrhea it'll stop it.
Toasts are carbohydrates, very simple ones, and carbs are your body's favorite source of energy, simple carbs are easier to process.
So you should stick on tea, toasts and water for a while.
When you're feeling better, try to eat some vegetable soup and chicken.

Well, as your dad said, you can eat toast. Another good thing is Saltine Crackers and Gingerale. Eat the crackers to soak up the acid and the Gingerale to help ease the stomach.
:) Hope this is what your looking for.

Clear liquids such as water, chicken broth, jello. If you feel ok with that, try some dry toast or saltine crackers.
Just stay away from anything with too many spices for now. You have to gradually re-introduce things to your stomach. Take it slow.
Hope you feel better soon.

If you are vomiting your meals, then you need to be selective on what you eat and only you can decide what foods do not make you vomit. Though, I suggest staying away from fatty foods. Otherwise, you can eat any well balanced and nutritious meal. After all, your body needs the nutrition to help it heal.
