It will depend on how you drink it and how often you drink it.
Tea has more of the anti-oxidants, etc when you drink loose leaf tea. However, Iced Tea (any commercial brand) doesn't have near the healthful benefits as loose leaf. Also, picking between black, red, green, etc gets quite confusing.
Coffee in moderation can be healthful too. There have been studies that suggest just that.
Unfortunately, all the sweeteners and creamers we add to our coffee and tea destroys any healthful benefits that either offer. Also, it's important to realize that drinking too much of it will destroy any healthful benefits.
Oh and both coffee and tea block iron absorption, so it's best to not drink them with meals. Between meals is good.
If it's caffeine that you're concerned about, be sure to read the packages carefully. Not all tea has less caffeine.
In reality, scientists are constantly changing their mind on which has helpful benefits. If you prefer one or the other, enjoy it, in moderation. A cup or two a day isn't bad.

Tea is thought to be healthier because of the anti-oxidants, although recent research (you'd think they had better things to work on) suggests that coffee has anti-carcogenic qualities (ie helps to combat cancer). Thing is, with anything you eat or drink, excess can outweigh the benefits - 'moderation in all things' - always good advice.

Not sure which is healthier, but I do know that both are a contributor to kidney stones. I was thinking of taking up tea-drinking, but was warned that tea might make you more susceptible to kidney stones. Something about oxalates in your body building kidney stones, and both tea and coffee being high in oxalates.
