how to take backup of auto correction option in word?

i am changing my harddisk and i have useful things in my autocorrect (ms word). now i will install ms word in new harddisk. how can i get all the words saved in auto correct option in the word. please help. the old hard disk is currently with me for some time.

One note:
I found that the path to my file (Word 2003) is actually:
C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Application Data\Microsoft\Office

There are 2 options for backing up your autocorrect entries. Either method will work fine.
