The human body is expert already at detoxifying itself, you do not need to go to extremes to do this, this will only put pressure on your body.

Just eat fresh, healthy foods and plenty of water and you will be fine.

There are definately alot of critics on that topic, but I recently did it for two days. Definately alot of citrus fruits but if you have a weak stomach then you can try something else. Try not to mix certain fruits like melons, if you're going to have them then have them alone. Also based from experiance grapes and apples don't go well together. Fruit juice fasts are not advised due to their sugar content - if you are going to detox, the best way is to use vegetable juice. If you are talking about the types of fruit that support the natural detox process of your body, it's lemon and berries.

I reckon the more watery less acidic ones like melon or stone fruits, Grapes are meant to be good strawberrys and kiwi fruit too.

Pineapple or water melon, they contain a lot of water. Another detox trik is to have only celery soup for two days, apparently is really good. You could ad it to the fruit.
