Even believers wouldn't believe it....it makes no sense.

Christians who are led by the Holy Spirit are sons of God (Rom8:14) and are able to do the things that Jesus did (John14:12). This should not be surprising to Christians. If you suspect they are anti-christs you can test the spirits with these scriptures:
1 John 2:22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
1 John 4:1-3 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out in the world. By this you know the Sprit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has not come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of Anti-christ, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

First, I move from the premise that there's no absolute proof that God would never send another person like Jesus, while I'm mindful of possible impostors. I would make time to follow that person's deeds and sermons in order to ascertain his legitimacy.
The other thing is that I would use the opportunity to ask him some unanswered questions about Jesus and christianity as a whole. Given the questioning minds that have been prompted by unbelievable stories associated with Jesus (from virgin birth to ascension to heaven), I would hope that this son of God would be able to give me convincing answers that Jesus ever walked this planet and that he (the new one) is also the son of God. The failure to provide me with convincing answers would mean one thing - no commitment to religion!

smoke a joint with him, share some dinner and tell him to tone it down because the little men in white jackets will get him. I would tell him to use e-mail to get the word out, then book him at the casinos in Vegas take 10% isn't that sorta what happened the first time round with all the priests making cashola on religion

Funny thing, but I find the Dahli Lama is as close today as it is possible to get, and he isn't exactly despised is he?
Scared?
No!
I'd love to be in that sort of company rather than in the company of those who profess to be religious.
Is that why Jesus wasn't a religious sort of person?

He would probably end up on a few talk shows, be hounded by the press and end up taking drugs to alleviate the stress!. After his death he would re appear to someone and the whole cult thing would start up!

It is said that you shall know and recognize Jesus when you see him. So, I'd just pass the false ones by.

I think that's a great question. My first thought was "I'd think this guy was nuts and needed help..professional help that is". Maybe that's wrong but I gave you the first thought that popped into my head...What would you do?

Jesus promised that His return would not be a secret, but that everyone would see Him.
When He gets back, you'll know, don't worry about it.
