Please do not write her a letter describing yourself. If you are 22, you should be grownup enough to handle this yourself. You are supposed to be a man at that age.

Dont propose! Shell get a restraining order against you.
Talk to her, ask her out, wait a few months if you know she feels the same about you then you can propose and your chances of success will be 10 fold.

22 and a boy? I think it's more likely you have maturity issues if you consider yourself a boy, and probably are not ready to propose to anyone much less someone who doesn't even know you.

First you should go on dates=that will give both of you a chance to get to know each other.Then you will also find out if you have anything in common (if both of you like some of the samethings)as well as temperment,personalities=things you both would need to know about Before wanting to be with each other for the rest of your life.Good Luck!

How about getting to know her first....spend time together....try to build s relationship first.
