If you are 10 pounds below your median weight for your size and frame, then you are too skinny. Any further drop and you would appear anorexic.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Well, it depends....I'm skinny but as long as I feel fine (and I mean I'm healthy and all), you shouldn't get too worried. However, at the recommendation of my friends, I talked to a nutritionist, to make sure there's nothing wrong inside, something which may cause my lack of eating taste. He told me I got a fast nurning metabolism.

You're fine. You are not underweight, so don't worry.

Just stay as you are, obviously don't go any lower or you would be underweight.
