Do you use whitening mouthwash? This often causes skin from the inside of your mouth to shed and it can look like what you described.

I don't know much about pinworms but when I did a bit of searching most of the sites I saw only mentioned pinworms in connection with the anus. (Can sometimes be seen or found crawling out of the anus)
Try some of the medical sites for info also if you still have it put it in a clean jar or plastic bag or if you don't and it happens again do this as a way of saving it. And make an appointment with your doctor and bring it with you. As this way they will be able to know or find out what it is and give you a treatment for it.

No, it's not pin worm but most likely you left dental floss dangling between your teeth. Try going to bed sober so this kind of mishap can be avoided.
