If there is, then the State of Ohio needs to be made aware of it. Taxes are nearly 1/2 of the cost of tobacco products.
Though I don't use them, I still believe that people should still be allowed to make their own choices. Even if it harms us.
If we are going to gouge people for harming their bodies, then let's do it across the board. Don't just eye smokers.
People that get speeding tickets should pay higher insurance rates because of increased mortality. Overweight should pay more in health insurance, and there should be an additional tax coming out of their paychecks. Those that don't exercise should also pay a higher premium, plus a state tax, plus a federal tax.
While we are at it, let's tax people more that have higher rates of back injuries on the job. For instance, warehouse workers do a lot of lifting, so they get a lot of back injuries. It's not fair that my insurance rates go up because they chose to work in that field.

As a store owner you can charge what you want for stuff.....If they want to stay in business long they will be competitive....however....if your jonesing for a smoke....does the price matter?
