I met one recently, and frankly they look like elephants ears, flipping against thighs.

That you are supposed to fondle them and make her come.

I tried but the style of our culture is different.

My question is: Can is this not a form of genital mutilation? Has someone ever heard of that culture or a similar one to share with me?

I can tell you first hand that in our culture we do that sort of thing and no it does not hurt , all you do is grease em up and pull them .It does enhance sexual pleasure for the man and the woman ,but mostly the man...the womens genitals are not mutilated in any way and you dont have to do it if you dont want to !
I am from southern Africa by the way

Mainly African and South Asia cultures have that. But only to the tribe level. If you ever seen tapes "Shocking Asia" you would be able to find few skits there about labia extension. They also talk about African female becoming someone wife have to have that labia extended she should cost more or have a richer husband. The longer the better. I know that for a fact they even hang weights on their ***** lips to extend the labia. I think its grooss....there is nothing more prettier then lil labia that is just sticking out a lil bit to be there for extra friction, but not on no wrap around a dick extended skin. LOL

Yes, it's absolutely true. It's a trait of some tribe somewhere (can't remember where in the world they are) and I doubt you've met one!! The longer they are, the more attractive the woman is percieved to be. The only thing I can compare it with are the giraffe necked women, the ones who elongate their necks by adding neck rings.

sorry can't help, you might be better off using a search engine to search culture's rather than asking on a family site like this.

I am glad mine are not like that. I prefer for my labia minora to protect my other inside goodies.

By the way, my clit is so precious.

...and of course this was the perfect place to find the answer because we know that there are anthropologists with PhDs that roam these pages!
