Ok, so when you are at work, it is probably inappropriate to flirt with 'customers, etc.' as well as coworkers... but then, also I feel that it is inappropriate to flirt with women when THEY are at work. I feel that it is inappropriate to flirt with women on public transportation... and walking down the street... and el al.
I feel that the most appropriate time is at a gathering of friends or something. I hesitate to approach women in public for the main reason that I don't want to inconvenience them (well, so many 'dog-like' personalities of men do so... I imagine that the irritation would cause a metaphorical rash to even a friendly inquiry).
So, I ask... when and where is appropriate for flirting ??

Seems as if you got it---not all day or not unless you are at a gathering of itchy women--what do you do to flirt??? A lttle eye contact and a smile is nice--won't kill anyone.Oh the woman on the bus??? Ask her anyway--the drunk will that sits next to her. Dog men get all the chicks so you better get moving.

it's inappropriate only when it makes someone else feel uncomfortable (spouse, co-worker, friend, etc.)
