There are currently no notified offical plans to give an amnesty, though it has been a subject of debate among the 'chattering classes.' As ever with these things there are arguments for and against. On the plus side it might help to tackle the existing problems with various areas of crime. On the negative side it would raise the white flag of surrender.

In my view the real problem is we have no effective border control.
There is the view that due to technology and the ease of travel it is impossible to achieve effective control without a 'lock down.'

This is not accurate, our current problem is exacerbated by a deliberate policy implemented by the political elite. Our existing(albeit arcane) controls were dismantled or under resourced, before the new system was ready. This was not through stupidity but a deliberate act. And is supported by the three main parties, who all need big business to fund them. The price of this is cheap labour, and the acceptance that some of this labour will be abused in all the ways you can think of.

Immigration, which has always gone on, could and should have been managed in a more transparent way in order to protect the main stream workers from exploitation. The policy used will hurt those people already working here, plus the future generations currently in school.
However, those who will suffer most from this policy will be the children and grand children of previous immigrant labour who have not yet fully integrated into our society.
Further those exploited in the sex trade and used as drug mules etc to pay off 'debts' for being transported to this land of opportunity will be pushed further into the living hell they currently suffer.

we've had plenty problem contained interior the previous with this organisation and we've now the mexican drug wars happening and that is amazingly risky if not stupid for human beings to even pass there. The so stated as immigrants attempt to enter our u . s . and artwork in lowly circumstances which in an unusual way facilitates us. yet yet another decrease way exhibits up. The are literally not persons. and do not pay taxes and deplete more than a number of our money at the same time as they use our emergency rooms and medicines. they don't desire to be the following and we ought to wish to get the border administration going genuine and end them.

Yes. It will happen eventually, similarly to the deal they have in the States. If you live in UK then you should pay tax and have the same entitlements as other citizens.
If you have been resident in UK for 5 years or more and do not have a criminal record, then you can apply for citizenship.

To borrow a line from our bosses across the ocean-

"No taxation without representation"

I think it is long over due...I think most of the people work illegally.
The employers expose them and treat them adversly.. Its like slavery was never abolished.. I was told by a person who is working in a factory that he gets paid 20 pounds for 12 hrs and that too only if he opted to work 7 days a week... I asked him why he didnt go back home ...I was told he was a failed asylum seeker...and the officer who interviewed him at the home office had to go for lunch in 10 minutes and she was more interested in her lunch break then listening to my answers as a result he got a refusal letter in 2 days...He couldnt go back home as he could be killed.
