If you don't believe she is going to say yes then make sure you do it alone but the only way to do it is to straight ask.
ON your knee, RING in hand, LOOKING her right in the eyes, and ASK will you marry me?

The best sentence is something original....your own sentence! Say exactly what you are feeling inside your heart, because it is utmost honesty that will win someone over. Try something that caters to what is meaningful to her, and propose in a way or place that is special to the both of you and your relationship. Good luck.

How about just say what's in your heart and what you really feel? If you're rejected because she doesn't like how you feel, then it's not meant to be.
