MY BT HUB PHONE CUTS OUT WHEN I MAKE A CALL. USUALLY AFTER 4 mins.
I HAVE BEEN SENT ANOTHER PHONE,BUT STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM. I HAVE TO WARN THOSE I CALL THAT I MAY HAVE TO REDIAL THEM. MY INTERNET CONNECTION ON THE HUB IS OK.

These BT Home Hubs are notoriously unreliable.
They cut out during phone calls, disconnect from the net when calls are made or received, randomly drop connections and cause static on the line.
I gave up, sent mine (the third one!) back, and reconnected my old ADSL modem. Problems solved...

I quite have had 4 off those telephones and not one off them artwork appropriate i'm sick off phoning BT and getting no the place, i've got given up on them and that i'm applying one off my digital abode telephones, Roll on october once I can substitute information superhighway vendors reason bt sucks!!!!!

the problem is the home hub not the fone get bt 2send u out a replacement it has years warranty!!!
