Yes, with National Express, but you'll have to change at least once and the journey will take almost 10 hours minimum.

national express are the only coaches to come out of or into Barnstaple, (yes i live there) . but its 1 hell of a journey,, its 9/10 hours from Barnstaple to Sheffield ( my home town) you could have to change up to 2 times depends on time of coach, check out the National Express web site, they sometime have offers on,, train is probably the quickest time, but twice as much as coach.. hope this helps..
