Have you noticed more men noticing you more?

How do you feel about that?

Yes, I lost about 55 lbs. over the course of a year and 1/2. And yes, I noticed men noticing me more. And complimenting me. To be honest, it made me *really* uncomfortable to receive that kind of attention. I've never had that in my entire life...plus, I'm married. Well, my husband has always told me I'm beautiful, even after I put on all the weight. Anyway, I blushed a lot when men would say something to me about my appearance. I'd thank them for the compliment, but would quickly change the subject. I'm just not comfortable being the center of that kind of attention...except for with my husband. ; )

Anyway, if you've lost a lot of weight, get used to the stares and comments. They're all meant to be nice, so just thank them graciously, even if it makes you uncomfortable. But if it pleases you, then bask in the glory, hon! Congrats and good on ya' for being disciplined enough to lose that much weight. ; )

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

ive lost 53lbs, and i have noticed a BIG difference. guys are more friendly towards me, i noticed them looking at me more, the way they treat me. on a nightout i get chatted up all the time, its amazing. i love it!!!!!

although i think its bad that when i was bigger, no one looked twice, and it does anger me, but then i have to think, if i see a fat guy do i check him out or the slim one next to him?

But loosing that much atonce can disproportionate the figure too.
I beleive loosing pounds gradualy and wisely with yoga is best.
