Do they really think that God wants mindless drones?

Isn't that what Adam and Eve obtained that caused them to be cast out of the Garden of Eden? If God did not want man to have freewill, then why didn't God just kill Adam and Eve then and get it over with?

"Umar reported the Holy Prophet as saying:

"Do not sit with those who believe in freewill and do not address them before they address you."

BEHOLD, I have bestowed upon you many blessings.
So from now on pray and sacrifice only to God.
For God hates those who have chosen evil over God.

I don't really have an opinion on the Muslim question..

But seriously, why didn't God just kill Adam and Eve? What was the point of dragging it on? Who knows.

Here we go with some Islam hate. Where did you get such statement? Muslims have the freewill as all humans have. We believe that humans have freewill. But Angels, they have no freewill.

Muslims have free markets all over the world, and there are many Muslim democracies.

Militant muslim fanatics who are prone to terrorism are not really against freewill, they're in favor of domination. There's a big difference.

No, and we don't believe that at all. Please do your own research and think for yourself. Islam expressly encourages us to seek knowledge, education, and to question everything. We are not allowed to force anyone to beleive as we do. Islam even says whoever believes, great, and whoever doesn't it's a matter between them and God, to leave them alone. Everyone is obligated to get the highest education possible. Debates are encouraged. You really need to look into it, my friend. I hope you are sincerely seeking answers and not mischief.

'And I do not hold my own self to be free from weakness - surely the soul is prone to enjoin evil - save that whereon my Lord has mercy. Surely, my Lord is Most Forgiving, Merciful.'

- acually we are not ... it is not true -
the "Holly Quran" told us that we have freewill ... so do what ever you want to do ... after that you will asked about what you did ... and there is a puneshments or rewards.
