You must review your cardio
Frequency
Duration
Intensity.

Don't forget to add side bends and twists to your abs programme.

You look fine to me. You didn't mention how old you were or what specifically you were worried about. I'm assuming from your question that you think you should have some super ripped abs or something. Those are overrated vestiges of the human evolution of musculature from segmented worms. Seriously. Men look better with a bit of padding over their ab muscles. I can tell your stomach is pretty flat. To get ripped abs you basically have to get down to like 6% body fat, which isn't necessary.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You need cardio every day IMHO (you have some fat that covers your abs up IMHO), you also need to restructure the way you do weights (your abs and biceps might be in overtraining), and the way you rotate your muscular groups (triceps aren't trained as frequently as biceps... why???; also abs are trained 3 times but back only once????), they have to be balanced!!!

Add some pilates... works wonders for the abs.

nicely your hair is truly fantastically. yet in case you want what that individual has. you are able to wish to target teasing it. or a large number of hairspray. prolly both. or in simple terms usher in that p.c.. into the salon and they could coach you procedures precisely to do it. oh and in case you needed uneven bangs why pin them up. it kinda variations the entire form you recognize.

It looks like your back is arched up, makes your abdomen look like it is sticking out. Otherwise, nothing seems to be terribly wrong.
