I was wondering which one is more unhealthy.

If you're eating instant noodles everyday for a period, would it brings more harm to you than having miss out breakfast all the times but having healthy food like oatmeals and grains late at 3-4pm something as lunch while taking the usual food at night.

IF I HAD TO PICK ONE...i GUESS i WOULD RATHER GO FOR THE MISSING BREAKFAST, BUT EATING HEALTHY FOODS LATER IN THE DAY AND THEN DINNER LIKE USUAL, RATHER THAN EATING INSTANT NOODLES EVERYDAY, BECAUSE HOW MANY TIMES WOULD YOU EAT THE NOODLES, AND ALSO NOODLES ARE JUST CARBS AND NOTHING ELSE...i WOULD EAT THE INSTANT NOODLES PERHAPS AT LUNCH TIME WITH A SANDWICH OR SOMETHING BUT DO NOT BASE ALL YOUR MEALS ON INSTANT NOODLES. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD lUCK
bUT HONESTLY i WOULD RATHER BE EATING 3 SQUARE MEALS A DAY, IT IS HEALTHIER FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY A BIGGER BREAKFAST!

The noodles are better, because without eating at all you are more likely to become sluggish, and eat more throughout the remainder of the day. So while they may not seem like the healthiest choice, in the long run you are doing yourself a favor!

If I understand your question right the answer is: Your whole digestive tract is made to be nourished on a regular basis. Since in the wild we would be hunter/gatherers/scavengers, we cancope with and or digest lots of different chemicals much better than we can with not eating for long periods of time. Stomach acids and intestines start digesting themselves and is one cause of ulcers.Heavy foods in the morning, meat at lunch, light at night.

well instant noodle is very high in salt and has no nutritional value. But I'd still say it's better then no food at all. At least you're having something in your stomach. I don't see anything wrong w/it once in awhile but not every day.

As long as you are putting food into your belly, and you are not missing out on meals, then you are fine!

Don't skip meals. Eat when you are hungry. Drink when you are thirsty. Exercise when you feel antsy. And you'll be ok.

its harmful if you take instant noodles every day.it contains all sorts of addtives,msg which are unhealthy to your body.it doesn't give you the nutrients you need.skipping meals are also unhealthy.
