This isn't just the case in Toronto. Many cities in North America have put stringent regulations or bans on particular dogs, such as the pit bull.

I think that canada brought in bsl because of their public health system being used up for dog bites from vicous dogs and their minister of public health issued a statement to the effect . Someone told me this so I am not too sure about it being true. good luck and I hope I helped.

because the are some jerks who dont know how to take care of dogs so the dogs hate them and they hate dogs!! wel this i tell you that is very funny but this is the truth!! ;)
