I have always been an optimistic person, always up, always happy, cheerful, quick to snap out of things.
Until this past year. Some stuff happened in my life, and I've had a really hard time getting back to myself. I hate that, because its not me. I'm working on it though...I'm determined to be the positive person I once was again!
I'm not really pessimistic, but definitely a realist, maybe a little bit cynical.

I'd say pessimistic, however I can be an extreme optimistic idealist when I want to be. Hence what turns me pessimistic when things don't turn out the way I'd planned in my optimistic state.

I am always an optimist! I think that problems can be solved easier when you see life with a smile on your face. Sometimes can be disappeared!

I am surprised by the answers given this is the mental health section. I actually expected more pessimists, that have seen and experience too much pain and crap in hteir lives. i 'm pessimistic but that's just because right now i am tired and burnt out from dealing with too much stress and all that fun stuff.
