i drink milk at night everyday. and i was wondering whether its effective to drink at night or it doesnt absorb at night.

hi my friend, before you drink your night milk read that book called : " dont drink your milk " and than think if you still need to drink milk in your life, cause you can drink only breast milk whene u was under 2 years , we dont need cows
