How many members does it have in the year 2007?
What is (are) the criteria that entitles a person to be a member, other than belonging to the Labour Party?
When it started, it had as it's members, many intellectuals, is it more relaxed now?

i seem to remember that Michael foot was a Fabian so it must still be on the go. though this does sound like a home work type question
