Hi, this may help as I am a dental nurse. You may have to have it surgically removed and if you are very scared you can request a hospital visit and have it done under general anaesthetic, but most people who have this done have more after pain than having it done at your dentist because the surgeons don't have to be gentle. This all depends on how much of it has broken off and if it is decayed or not. If it is decayed it will just break into smaller pieces so to cause less pain a surgical extraction would be better. There are things called elevators that a dentist can use to loosen and lift the tooth out of its socket if possible and also they can use the drill to split it in two to make it easier to take out without having to have it cut out. It all depends how bad the tooth is broken and decayed and the expertise of your dentist. Good luck, do get it done because an infection or abscess will be a hell of a lot worse.

Its well worth a visit to your dentist. Unfortunately for us humans, our wisdom teeth appear after our jaw-bone has reached adulthood. In some people this might mean that the wisdom teeth do not fit very well and are squeezed into a too small place. If you see what I mean. Any pain you may have in the meantime can be got rid of by taking PARACETAMOL at 500mg strength.

i had the same prob on my bottom left wisdom tooth. i havnt had mine removed yet but the dentist told me that in order to remove it they would have to cut it out. but mine is also growing at a weird angle, and because it has no room has pretty much chipped itself right down to the gum. if yours is growing normally and is not chipped way down they can probably pull it without having to cut it.

Holy crap a similar appropriate factor happened to me,no comedian tale, I waited because of the fact i'm terrified of the dentist and of needles, yet i may well be careful because of the fact i replaced into instructed which you will die from an infection, and apparently like that's what you have the scent is by using the fact your tooth is decaying, have confidence me it is going to possibly no longer injury now notwithstanding it is going to rot away to the nerve and prefer me you will cost the oral known practitioner bill on a mastercard reason the discomfort is so severe. Suck it up and have it taken care of till now its too previous due. good success!!!!!
