any tips for a flat stomach and smaller thighes?? i think my weigh in person must be lying cos i dont look 102lbs

yup iv had an ed but i still dont hav a flat stomach! i mean 102lbs not 102 kgs!

Now you need to tone up, you need some exercises that target your stomach and thighs, you will get the results you desire after a while. Keep going.

Best advice is to simply exercise 3-4 times a week, and eat healthy. Don't worry about doing situps or any midsection exercises at the beginning.

A proper diet (not DIET to lose weight, just eating right) and exercise will increase your metabolism and will drop weight in all the right places.

If you have never gone to the gym before, a brisk walk in the morning is a great way to start.

Add fruits and vegetables to your diet and you are well on your way!

At 5' 6 and 102 lbs, ther is no way ur chubby. Ever think u may have an eating disorder ??? If anything, u may be underweight.

That can't be healthy - hell you're too skinny for the ARMY and they take everyone!!!

I think it might be a problem with your body image, rather than your actual appearance. Even without knowing your gender or age, it sounds like you're already underweight. Have you been screened for an eating disorder?

I'd suggest going to see your doctor before you do anything. They can give you an accurate weight and tell if you if it's healthy for you to lose anymore weight.

I am 5'6" and my OB told me not to go below 120 lbs.

well you could do some aerobics and fitness
it helps i dont know if you are chubby or not a picture would have helped but i dont think you are chubby

i think u cant do anything about it cause ur probably big boned. sorry dude =/

oh and if you want to know if you are, get your middle finger and thumb, put it around your wrist and if your fingers do not meet, you are big boned.
