You want to do 160MPH top speed....
Are you shooting for Bonneville record?
OK get better help try this link.

http://www.trdusa.com/catalogs.cfm

160 MPH Where ??? I want to see Pictures if you get it going that fast...

Your Going to have to rethink this ECM change won't get you over 125 mph. Time to rebuild engine to Racing spec's and changing the oil system to keep up with the RPM's
1st Cams and Timing
2nd Power Adder like Turbo
3rd A Better car to Build from.

its a 2200 ... 4 cylinder
2001 top Horsepower is 136hp and thats not at cruising speed.
If you install 97 ECM you change the timing, air and fuel marks to less HorsePower...
With all that you have listed Lets add up HP you have now OK 7 plus 12 = 19 more horsepower... = 155 HP

When is the Last time you saw a 155 HP engine in a 2954 lb car get up to 160 MPH ???

You Don't Have a Performance FWD car its built for MPG's

Do they have the same Motors? YES
Do they have the same ECM ? NO

If your getting it ready for high speed you need to go to Performance web site's NOT here... Also remember to have Speed rated tires to the speed your going to try to do. Also change fluid and service transmission. Its only built for 112 mph and its near 7 years old???

OK reprogram the ECM
They sell the kit at ?

Try this instead... Link.

To keep it simple, it won't work.

And that car was not designed to safely drive that fast, especially stopping.
