All the natural ways i try don't work it will be gone for a day or two than come back. If you are willing to try a shampoo and conditioner by Redken I know that it will help within a day or so. It is called "Scalp Relief" dandruff control. It works wonders you can get at any salon.

Yes there is. You may not like it, but it really does work.
My brother has had horrible dandruff for as long as i can remember and while anti dandruff shampoo's worked in the short term, it built up deposits on his scalp that only aggravated the problem with time.
Dandruff is a type of fungus of the scalp and when exposed to a highly acidic medium breaks down and dies. So, my advice to you is to take a spray bottle and fill it with Cider Vinegar. Half and hour before you wash your hair spray it over your scalp concentrating on the problem areas. Don't spray it too much over your hair as it can make it a bit frizzy.
Do this a couple of times and your dandruff problem should be OK in a bit.
Good Luck. =D

Well I can't help you much with your dandruff problems but I used to have terrible acne so I have some advice. If you have mild acne, using tea tree oil products are fabulous. I don't know if you have a Body Shop close to where you live but they make a great line of Tea Tree Oil products. Make sure you wash your face, morning and night. Be sure to allow 6 weeks to see any results when starting a new skin care product.
If you're acne is more severe (like mine was), I suggest going to see your doctor. If your acne is affecting your self esteem, a trip to the doctors is the best option. They might give you a topical (stronger) cream to apply or give you medication.
I wish you the best of luck.

*COAL TAR* shampoo. You can get it cheap at the dollar store... It's basically the same as Neutrogena T-Gel.
Don't wash every single day... scratch/massage your scalp before you start your shampoo.
For the acne... whew I could go on about my adult acne regimes I've tried, but lately this works well:
Try a simple glycerin soap
follow up with an astringent... I use witch hazel (no burn and it does not overly dry me out, plus it removes the residual oil/soap/skin)
moisturizer (I use Oil of Olay, very light)
Get a facial as much as possible, if you can swing it the Proactive worked very well for me... for about 6 months! Good Luck

My grandmother swore on this old home remedy and I never saw her or my grandfather with a single flake – Rinse your hair with a mixture of 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with cup with 1/4 cup water. Do not dry with a towel, simply wring your hair out slightly. Wrap your head with a warm towel for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water. Do this 2 or 3 times a week. The vinegar will also make your hair have a beautiful healthy shine. Downside to this is the smell but if you rinse it real well it's not to bad. Good luck...

I don't quite think there is any natural way, but I have the same problem. I will recommend using a shampoo called Nizoral. You can find it in Wal-Mart. It's about 10 dollars. Good Luck.

Try the new brand jst coming out called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free, so it won't dry out your hair. The fragrances are awesome! You'll be able to get it in the next few weeks at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Duane Reade, etc. You'll love it!
